Tom received an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Tulsa Community College in 2014. His experience includes home health, skilled nursing and outpatient therapy. He has worked at Excel since July 2015. Tom enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends. Tom’s interests include exercise and outdoor sports.
